hey Stuge, even my plan got upgraded to 749 nu from 590 nu today only.I checked my speed in the afternoon and it was 256 kbps so I sent a mail to [email protected]. And within 1 hour my speed was upgraded to 2 mbps.I never contacted anyone else.Please do mention your phone no. and CA no. in the mail.
I'm trying every bit to get it upgraded by tomorrow .Its really sucks that MTNL doesn't upgrade the speed as soon as plan is upgraded .
Also ,I got the e-mail bounced back from this address [email protected]?? any ideas why ?
IMO MTNL sucks when it comes to customer dealing ....Those people whi are sitting at the 1504 doesn;t even know what 749NU plan is ,They say "Aap ko 256kpbs ki speed hi milege " or "aap please temp folder see files delete karlejiye "/...:
