Oh, your region has been moved to CGNAT too. If it's a v4 address then nothing you can do from a v6 address. I guess static IP is the way forward.
 
Yup, static IP will come at a price. Don't know how much. Might be mentioned somewhere on their site.
 
@MEGAN No. My IP is not Static. I'm not sure if I'm on CGNAT but i'll post my tracert here.

Oh! Thanks for the information.
My IP address are usually 117.x.x.x or 61.x.x.x
Sometimes it connect to 180.x.x.x (MTNL) so I usually restart and it goes back to 117. Most of the time and 61. Sometimes.
 
trace route google com went to onu ip adress then to ipv4 ip address 100.*** which is a cgnat ip adress --- then request timed out comes after that. mm does it mean thse cgnat ip adresses dont open these 80 443 etc ports ?
 
What IP address do you see on your ONT interface? In CGNAT you don't have control over the ports, ISP may or may not do that at your request.
