The service of BlueDart have been pretty good for me for my eBay purchases. The maximum they took is three days. The shopclues order of shampoo shipped from Delhi reached me in a day.

I guess it's not windows but the laggy windows on slower hardware.

Windows XP is quite snappy on that hardware! I actually miss how smooth it was back in the days.
His problem is that he is used to Ubuntu UI though the only thing he uses is Chrome.
So, I have taught him computing well. Chromebook would be perfect for him.
