I faced the same issue after changing my plan to Fibre Value OTT. I was able to resolve it by contacting the local BSNL office over the phone, the people who called me up informing about the plan change.
They further guided me to send an email to CDR in my city, with a copy to CO in the city. They said they forwarded my email to the regional office.
I had also contacted YuppTV Scope and they asked me to contact BSNL by sending an email to [email protected]
I did all of this on the same day, and by evening, I received an SMS confirming the activation of YuppTV Scope, and instructions to activate Sony Liv, Zee5 and Voot.
I'm not sure which of two options mentioned above worked.
@f0r3he4d same issue there as well. it's throwing this error that says "Unable to get ottPlans for the Bundle Subscription from CWSC API." And that option is opening the same cinemaplus .bsnl.in/liveyuppott/addon url I believe. So nothing different.
