Packet Loss and Slow Speed Problems on Airtel Broadband

There is no noise in phone line.. there is loss of sync. i asked my friends 3 of us facing this problem.
hey me also located in chennai and i dont get any problem in here:redface: i think in ur area there may be some problem so immediately contact ur CC :ashamed: as they can fix the problem in a short period:thumbsup:
 
well its true guys .. iam facing this disconnection for past 2 weeks .. but from last night iam getting very low speeds .. i called cc many times they told me its due to cable cut and wil be fixed .. but still iam not getting my full speed .. is thier cables r fixed ? any 1 have updated status on this issue guys
 
@piratex How to check up connections in South India? mention your location, so that somebody in same town/city can respond. I am on airtel now working ok at Chennai.
 
essbbe u can just find found if problem is there my seeing ur net performance.. iam facing frequent disconnections and low speed too from last night iam on 512 UL 1499 plan .. i called them today and they said some cable was damaged and will be fixed soon ... but still my speed is not back to normal asusual .. and see its up and down unstable so if any 1 talked with cc persons lateley can make a updated status on the net cable issue they r havingthx guys
 
ya i logged a complaint yesterday.Today airtel rep came and simply did firmware update and said that there is server upgradation is going on and we need 3.04 firmware to work properly :confused:.i hope my problem is fixed@piratex tell us where do u live.which part of south india:P...?
 
iam from cbe .. they came and checked the modem thats it ... they didnt do any firmware upgrade ...

I dunno whether this affect normal users, but sure did have impact on corporate users/companies..

I've noticed slightly longer page loads here in BLR since the past cpl of days.
