Packet Loss and Slow Speed Problems on Airtel Broadband

same here, it started today noon with half of websites I use, but rest half are amazingly fast then before.

Can someone explain to me how some websites are blazingly fast and some mind-numbingly slow? Also when I run Airtel speed test I get around 650kbps but on dslreport and mcaffee I get around 50 to 100kbps.

Same with downloads. Stuff from download.com, ms homepage etc are around 75KB/S but on link-removed, filefactory,link-removed (the one that counts) I get 4 to 5KB/S!

Same here. Torrents work fine but link-removed.com, link-removed.de,filefactor are around 3-5 KB/s

Dude only international bandwidth is affected. So if u try to access the sites hosted within India, then u r likely to get blazing fast speeds

right. european sites are pretty slow here. gmail works fine. so does torrents.
