Pinnacle TV Tuner not detecting Tata sky DTH - please help

Hi, Thanks for the reply, I setup as you said, but still it is not scanning the channels, which option i have to chose before scanning is it s-video or composite?

In composit video you have not attached yellow cable to the s-video converter

Thanks for all your help. But still am not able to scan the videos. I am using

HP HDX 16-137 laptop
Windows vista 64 bit
Pinnacle TV center Pro
PCTV Analog stick 170e
Tata Sky

I have configured as everyone said here, but still I dont have what am doing wrong here. Please find the images of latest setup.
So many times I tried by changing composite to S-Video, but it seems nothing working. While scanning, i have changed input type as "cable" and "Antenna" also, but nothing works here.
Though it is scanning radio channels, it is not able to scan the TATA Sky channels

When I open the TVCenter Pro, first it is saying "No channels available" message. It just displays green window. I have right clicked channels in the TVCenter and try selecting the
Composite@TV Analog Stick [170e]
and
S-Video@TV Analog Stick [170e]

But nothing works. Please me on this. I am just frustrated.
Am checking this since last 15 hrs..... But nothing working.. I hope I can get solution here.
I am just googling it, but have not found anything and here just roam around you if anyone give me a good solution.
Am going to sleep now, hoping mornign I will see any response for this message.

I use PCTV Pro initially but switch to the simpler K!TV (K!TV | Logiciel TV - TV Software) later on so can't remember the configuration details for that.

HI Kreacher,Thanks. will this work for Pinnacle tuner card? I download it. But this also not working... when I select the source as pinnacle analog stick, my system just hangs and came out. Some times it throws the error dsdrv4 file is missing.Anyways, can anyone help me on this Tata Sky setup + pinnacle pro stick 170e analog stick.Am still not able to get the solution... It is not detecting the channels...
