It works for me...I have Pinaccle TV tuner V 5.5 and it runs on my Vista like a charm. The thing I use the RF cable(I think I got it in the TATA(Sky pack). If your TV tuner has Audio and Video pins at the back then you can connect the cables directly but for me there is only one pin n that is for the Video(Yellow Pin). I generally watch TV using WinDvr InterVideo.
