Please help me choose a good plan.Any GSM provider, but I need these features:1. Free or extremely cheap SMS.2. No monthly rental (like lifetime plans).3. Cheap local calls.I mostly use it with my friends who use Spice, so I guess getting a Spice connection would be a good idea. But please suggest what you feel would be the best.

in my openion BSNL prepaid mobils is the cheapest in terms of monthly commitment. Go for an excel general plan and then recharge it with a "validity card". This will be valid for 365 days. Its the new plan introduced from BSNL
