The game is pretty much useless in Gurgaon

I've walked quite a bit along Sohna Road since morning , without catching a single pokemon or finding a pokestop.

Works great in Bombay, fwiw.

I guess it depends upon where folks were more active on Ingress. I see nothing around in sector 31 as well. Just one pokeball collection point I think and a poll at a distance.

what exactly is this thing? the blue thing is where i got three pokeballs.

The blue thing is a pokestop. That other thing is a Gym, where you battle for badges (read up about Gyms in the context of Pokemon for more). You can enter gyms once you reach level 5.

In gurgaon, the MG Road mall area have a lot of pokemons. Got some rare ones too there.
