Had a an isssue loading the page first time. Then it run smoothly on my max speed 50mbps, so far so good.

For past couple of days my live yt streams keep switching to lower quality, like 360p and then comes back to 720/1080p.This wasn't seen last week.

Sharing a link regarding netflix peering. It has list of internet exchanges and their ip addresses.

The site also describes the ISP hardware spec required. @Ameen

though there doesnt seem to be a guarantee we will always get these. Total b/w is 130 Gbps. If 4k requires 30 mbps its about 4000+ users and if 1080p req 8 mbps, its about 16k users that can concurrently stream N. That doesnt seem too high a number in our India...

The calc above are wrong. Netflix is using some 'private peering' as well. Its in the PRIVATE PEERING LOCATIONS tab and doesnt have any speed mentioned.

I had the bad experience on youtube and browsing.. I Wasn't using Netflix at that time.The connection kept fluctuating, the browsing speed wasn't smooth took longer times to load websites. Had similar experience on nimotv. (the connection was up but the stream abruptly ended and gets resumed).
Today noon the connection went down for few mins like 10mins. Had Too low browsing speed on 59 series, restarted the router, got 117 series speed were back normal.
This wasn't observed before, it's being too noticeable for past one week I think it might that bangalore issue. (@Dark_Nate was explaining)

For time being Netflix has been smooth for me whenever I checked it. No issues as of now.

@Vishalkhair do you at least know your username and VLAN ID? with those two bits of info we might be able to help but if you dont know those info then you will have to ask your LCO/vendor or whoever installed the connection for you.
