Problems with Reliance Broadband Thunder Plans

Its down in Lucknow since yesterday evening :/And now its working again

So connection was down for 2 days. So i called up today morning directly to appellate authority and he reverted in 2 hours saying There is an issue going to with your LCO and Reliance. we will slove it in 4-5 hours.
No ADSL Link. I guess LCO has shut down the DSLAM. but it is now working back to normal.
one weired thing is showing now. check the screenshot.

It was 2048_KB as service type. Dont what know what they have done.
And speed is reaching now to 3.4 Mbps ( I am synced at 4096/861) See the screenshot below.

Good for you....i guess the backend server would restrict port speeds on either 1024,2048 or 4096. Now with an unusual port speed being set in, the server is in a fix and is giving full throttle upto the sync speed...lol

reliance is always strange, some place its different, other its a whole new scene ... anyhow are you on 2mbps ?

EDIT : china telecom as ISP ? reliance is really gone nuts i suppose he he he

Yes i am on 2 Mbps plan. Speed is still same.

I had the same experience as cisco_tech. Internet was down since morning. Now its working back to normal. By I am getting speed over 3mbps but right now I am on 2mbps plan.

I have noticed two changes in the reliance login page, One is same as posted above in sessiona status page and the other one is on the my plan page. Now it same 2mbps plan instead of thunder_combo_699

Yes that's correct. Showing 2mbps plan on mine as well. Today login portal was inaccessible in the noon. Now portal is randomly logged out me. Wth is going on ? Again upgrade bahana or what? Anyone else facing ?

Today i got a very good deal on battlefiled 4 so i kept it for download in the morning and thought it would finish up downloading on my 4Mbps plan while i wake up at night but to my surprise when i woke up i found the portal kicked me out and its still kicking me out every now and then from past 3 hours not letting me even work properly
