Well me too have faced so many biling issues with Vodafone. Things get even worse because I am on Postpaid. Since I am on Postpaid, my bill is calculated on an "Unbilled Amount". The more you call or sms, the more is your Unbilled Amt and the more you pay in your bill. Now from November 2007, every month my Unb amt increases by 5 or 10 Rs. Once there was a discrepancy of around Rs.100-150. :frown: That happened only once but still there will always be a difference of 5 or 10 Rs every month. I maintain a strict record of all calls or sms I make or send. Still I am pissed off with their strategies. Its not the question of 5 or 10 Rs, its the question of maintaing an honest hand while you are in business. And the way VF acts, it takes the shit out of me. Still not convinced, want some more, here it is ::I deactivated my CallerTunes on December 2008 but on March 2009, I was charged Rs.15. This Rs.15 is charged every three months. I could make it out since my Unb amt suddenly increased by Rs.15 which made me sure that it was for the stupid CallerTunes. I called the CC, and they behaved like true monks and priests telling me that it can never happen. They asked me to wait till the bill got generated and those blah blah blah .... ! Finally, after the CC was of no help, I approached the Nodal Officer who was a polite and generous lady. She told me to give her 2 hours, so that she could look into my matter. And after 2 hours, the lady called me back telling me that I was correct and that Rs.15 addition was a mistake. She promised to raise an adjustment in the Mar 09 bill itself and when I received the bill, the credit of Rs.15 was there. :dance:So guys, always approach the Nodal Officer whenever you face issues which is out of your hands and when the CC cant help you out.

very true!! Vodafone CC is of no use most of the time and people end up contacting Nodal officer...if this is the scenario then soon we might see Nodal officer's outnumbering CC agents:happy: well.I had a series of nasty experience with them. Most of my experiance with them are in this forum..If one needs to know more about them just go through them. Not only Vodafone. Most of the Service provider's in India are not upto the mark..If a prepaid user is being charged a few rupees extra then he has the option to discontinue the service and switch to other Operator by throwing away the connection but on the other hand a person with postpaid will still try to stick around since it's a real hassle to surrender a postpaid connection and getting the advance refunded...No wonder why These operators prefer postpaid customer.

It happened for me months back. I used to get browser message on my mobile screen.Once i clicked it automatically took me for Cricket alert subscription. I realized by clicking "I Agree" mayy be charged. So i just closed the page. Then i got my bill. The cricket alert subs were charged. i shouted to CC. after sometime they called up and said there was some technical problem their end and they reverted back the amount which they deducted. My suggestion is PLEASE TURN OFF BROWSER MESSAGE on your GPRS enabled phone. This will prevent you from getting advertisement and you will be fool proofThanksBala

I got a phone call from vodafone today, and they agreed to credit me Rs 25 which i had lost due to the idiots at the call center.

Guys.. I am fed up with the bunch of mentals in Vodafone. What is the use of call centre if they dont talk to us ? Everytime i call their customer care, there comes an automated voice to press this and that. and I couldn't find a single way to talk to the customer care executives.. Is there any simple way to connect to customer care people.. ? help me.. i am from chennai...Thank you friends...

im a vodafone user in chennai and want to msg my friend in kerala who is also using a vodafone number. the message goes from my mobile and its delivery status is showing pending also, the sms doesnt reach tat number. i have chked it with other kerala vodafone numbers and they are all on pending too. i dont know since wen this problem started. until april i was able to send mesages to them without any problem and had to go back to kerala for personal reason and just came back to chennai yesterday and started facing the problem. while i was in kerala, i had switched off my vodafone number (just an info incase someone asked if i had msgd frm my vodafone number in kerala). Is anyone else facing this problem? i contacted customer care and they said that the message has been sent from chennai network so it could be a problem with kerala vodafone network.

Go to "Lost your simcard" option. There you will find "talk to cc executive" option.
