Well me too have faced so many biling issues with Vodafone. Things get even worse because I am on Postpaid. Since I am on Postpaid, my bill is calculated on an "Unbilled Amount". The more you call or sms, the more is your Unbilled Amt and the more you pay in your bill. Now from November 2007, every month my Unb amt increases by 5 or 10 Rs. Once there was a discrepancy of around Rs.100-150. :frown: That happened only once but still there will always be a difference of 5 or 10 Rs every month. I maintain a strict record of all calls or sms I make or send. Still I am pissed off with their strategies. Its not the question of 5 or 10 Rs, its the question of maintaing an honest hand while you are in business. And the way VF acts, it takes the shit out of me. Still not convinced, want some more, here it is ::I deactivated my CallerTunes on December 2008 but on March 2009, I was charged Rs.15. This Rs.15 is charged every three months. I could make it out since my Unb amt suddenly increased by Rs.15 which made me sure that it was for the stupid CallerTunes. I called the CC, and they behaved like true monks and priests telling me that it can never happen. They asked me to wait till the bill got generated and those blah blah blah .... ! Finally, after the CC was of no help, I approached the Nodal Officer who was a polite and generous lady. She told me to give her 2 hours, so that she could look into my matter. And after 2 hours, the lady called me back telling me that I was correct and that Rs.15 addition was a mistake. She promised to raise an adjustment in the Mar 09 bill itself and when I received the bill, the credit of Rs.15 was there. :dance:So guys, always approach the Nodal Officer whenever you face issues which is out of your hands and when the CC cant help you out.
