Problems with Vodafone India

Why was Vodafone in so much of hurry for a brand change, is the biggest question atm? Why didn't they wait few more days for the website to be fully ready and also some produce better quality ads before taking exclusive, costly airtime from Star TV network.The have Goofed up their launch and made a very bad first impression....@skorpio1: Thats bec u are on Corp FV199 plan now, ur next bill will be even better, as it would not have so many calculations like the current bill which must be having all the adjustments (advance rental, pro-rata rental etc etc...............) .

My point was and is: Why do we have to abuse telemarketers? We should be firing their employers, if at all you cannot control your temper or rather write a strong letter to the Hutchison Essar Department, providing details of the DSA. None of these telemarketing agents having any pleasure troubling you.

I agree that the telemarketer in question should have warned professionally, before hanging up.

Yes you are right, I shouldn't have abused, just sued their a**. Then they would have wished I had only abused them.

Moreover how dare your endearing telemarketers threaten like a criminal saying they would be paying me a visit? Such criminals don't just need to be abused but put inside a jail.

I think the new site is not as bad as people are making out to be. Sure it has some issues like the text which appears a bit fuzzy. These things will be taken care of soon and i expect Vodafone's official website to rock eventually.

It happens only in India that you can get off with such things.

Its common in US as well. Specially among minorities/immigrants who are not aware. Just the kind of ppl who got hit by Subprime loans.

from morning i am seeing problems with my vodafone and friend too.when i got up it was saying pls select network. then i restarted phoneand it started working.then my friend called on it and i was not able to hear anything.then he calls me on my landline and says vodafone ko kya ho gaya?he was calling from airtel to landline.he has 2 vodafone (goregaon) and even he is facing problems.anyone else have anything to add to this speculation?
