They may be working on the tower which provides connectivity at ur place. No problem here and I was out most of the day today, didn't face any issues....

Hi,

Vodfone live GPRS service is cheating us. I downloaded 2 midi tones( from a website), which is approximately 40 kb in total.

and the download charge specified in Vodafone website is 10kb = 10 paise.

But, after i downloaded, checked my account balance, shocked to see 3 rupees deducted from my account :madness:.

they are cheating us

No I didn't contact the CC. They will tell the same story, "your downloaded that much and u are charged".I just want to know, whether anyone having the same experience ?Pls do let me know

I had asked u to do so, because when i faced something similar to this i had called them up, and they added the necessary amount after i hung up.

Oh. But its not a big amount. only 2 to 3 rupees. anyways just thought of asking about these.... i will call them...

it might be JUST 3 rupees but it sure would have taken less time to make a call to CC compared to writing a new topic here . Besides that you could have saved 3 rupees
