hi. . . am a vodafone subscriber from chennai. . . Am a post paid user. . . i've also activated the same VL. . . they said 10p/10kb. . . and if u ask the customer care b4 itself they would have explained it clearly. . . 10p/10kb is not = to 1p/1kb. . . its diff wen it comes to VL. . Suppose u look a page consisting of 2kb. . then u dont click any link on tat page. . . so ur session over. . . so 2kb s rounded off to 10kb. . . n 10p s deducted. . . i clearly noted tis in my bill. . . Tis s where their trick is. . . if u continuously use in a single session then its worth it. . .

thats when session is inactive. i am talking abt continuous surfing.

They had disconnected my phone to due non-payment of bills. Its not because i cannot afford the 3k bill, its because i dont get time for paying it before the specified date. Hence i got this custom of making a payment of 500/- every week. Means instead of paying the whole 3k or 2k in lumpsum, i make the payment in parts of 500/- every week....

Some days earlier, i made a payment of 800/-. I wasn't provided a receipt for the transaction. The cashier mentioned that i would be getting a message by sms. Didnt have the time to argue with him and left them for good. The next day, while traversing along the highway, the car developed some problem and stopped abruptly. The service centre number was on a sticker in the front pane, and i decided to give them a call. It was then that i realized that they havent credited my account with 800/- which i had paid earlier. And i was stranded in the highway for 2 hours. And the amount was credited to my account only after 18 hours and my outgoing was released an hour after that.

That evening i terminated my postpaid corporate account...

Now am on Airtel Corporate, lemme see what they has to offer :)
hi guys
the above is 100% false message :madness:they give bill for every amt u pay:yahoo: so its not true he is blaming simply :wall:if u have a computer then dont think tat u can msg anything rubbish :evil:for each and every rupee they would provide u a bill :thumbsup:so the above quoted is surely a false message :mad:as i am an existing vodafone postpaid cust i know more abt their billing things and all :)i think he should be an airtel staff :frown:so only he is messaging false messages here:@

Dear srini,

Isnt the . or the , keys not working on your pc? Or is it that u were in a hurry and u forgot to punctuate the sentences properly.

And coming to the matter at hand. No i dont work at Airtel. How could u deduce that i am working for Airtel? From the fact that i got a Corporate connection from Airtel?? Seriously, which class are u in? 7th?? or 5th?? Have they started providing postpaid connections to school children too?

What i had posted was purely my experience. I do not wish to comment more about the same.

Thank u.

PS : Next time, try hard. Not hard, try harder.

Dude!! Take it easy..he might be a die hard vodafone fan...!!....but honestly vodafone really sucks...they leak our calling info to telemarketers.I personally have experience, some Telemarketer from Vodafone called me and said Sir u make calls of Rs 3k per month and why dont u try our postpaid 444 ****in plan...come on man!!! this is not ethical..how can one company leak its customers Call infos to telemarketers...if this is the case then thse maroons will also leak numbers to which we call....:@

If i had any other option then i would have kicked ass of vodafone and migrated to some other Network..but i guess this is the story everywhere so i have to adjust wid this as long as im in India....

He he.. I did recently after 5-6 years of Hutch /Vodafone Experience.....

There is a limit and there was a limit !! They crossed that !! So instead of Bargaining and shouting, simply switched to other network.. I am happy for the last four-five months(only thing is, you shouldnt call customercare for some help, you have to visit the nearest CSC instead). Oh.. am talking about Cellone postpaid "Jodi" plan.. Unlimited free between two numbers, 15 sec pulse, 100 sms, sms@40ps(local) and 80ps national sms. 100RS talk time.. Monthly 325. And yesterday i got two vanity numbers instead of my old number. (may be free or max 100rs for the change of number) !!

When someone talks about "Vodafone is great", then he is very new to Vodafone or the service started in their area recently.. So wait to hear the opposite statement soon !!!!!!

Not to hurt anybody.. Shared my experience..

For everyone's info.. I am not a BSNL employee :P. I work in a reputed MNC.. No airtel, bsnl or idea ;)

@appusI know very well that u r not a BSNL employee coz BSNL is not used to cheap marketing like Airtel, Idea or other Network providers..for example writing good reviews about themselves on forums n all....:)Anyways here in Delhi there is No BSNL....only MTNL is there....but their network is not good...so am sticking to vodafone now..:@

Guys i used to send them emails whenever any problems arose. Emails are attended by level 2 CC, and they know how things are run. So i would suggest doing the same. Email address are unique for each circle. For Kerala it is [email protected]
