Problems with Vodafone India

Yes ,Usually its really hard connect to 111.after Hutch ,their service is getting terrible .:(
 
I have been with HUTCH from 2004 - Jan and the service has degraded to the max extent. There is no use of Customer Care 111. Its useless. They do not have any idea of anything. In Chennai CC says we will give you a call back once we i check it up with the back end team. The call back never happens.If we email to the customer care email address, we would just receive an automated email stating tat your query would be answered in 72 hrs. But for the last 3-4 months I have been getting response only 2 weeks times. I had to contact the NODAL Officer and once the relationship manager to resolve things. One issue which I had brought to the notice of Relationship manager is still open for about 10 days. Its really pathetic. I am holding on to VODAFONE only for the reason - I cannot change the number which I have been using for 4 years. The day Number Portability becomes a reality in INDIA I would be the first person to switch the operator. JUST FED UP Of the service. Hope someone from Vodafone looks into these FORUMS
 
Hi,I am from Chennai. and I am also facing the same problem. after calling , there will be no sound for some time, say 10 to 20 seconds, then I cancel the call pressing red button but they show call summary say 0:10 seconds.. last call cost .99 paise :madness:last year i changed to vodafone only because i loved the "name" vodafone :yahoo:but their service really s*cks :madness:

hopefully number portability will not be too expensive:thumbsup:
 
Guys i used to send them emails whenever any problems arose. Emails are attended by level 2 CC, and they know how things are run. So i would suggest doing the same. Email address are unique for each circle. For Kerala it is [email protected]

I had send an email regarding wrong charges in my bill. I didn't receive any confirmation or neither did anyone contact regarding the problem. I have to go to their shop to get it rectified. Pathetic service provider in my opinion. In fact all are the same!! :wall:
 
Sometimes it happens with me too , my own voice echoes in my phone , earlier i thought it was a problem with my phone but now i realize its a vodafone problem
 
^^ The same thing happened to me once last week! So vodafone service is very pathetic nationwide. :mad:
 
Only 2 players in Indian market had good coverage and signal reception quality.Im talking about Airtel and Hutch...now both of their services are pathetic.Although BSNL has great network throughout the country but their signal reception sucks.I hope that Reliance GSM wud be a great experiance...anyways The service providers in India are just after advertisement only..they r not trying to improve their service or customer care...Pathetic...:@
