Problems with Vodafone India

ohh! so finally their network quality is also degrading which used to be good before..anyways i don't have much idea since i hardly use VF these days..switched to idea..happy now.:dance:

After my experience mentioned I had gone in for the Rs 52/- Bonus card which gives 'all local and STD calls @ 1p/sec, Valid for 365 days'. Today I got a shock when I noticed that a call I made whose duration was 7 secs was billed at Rs 0.30. It should have been Rs 0.07 WTF happened to the validity of the bonus card I went in for on 2nd Feb 2011 which is valid for 365 days Whats happening to this site after posting the thread @01:55 PM I cant seem to make any changes to it from any browser. Also the formatting tool bar on the top has disappeared. Also its pathetically slow. I mean more than usual

This proves that this company cheats its prepaid customers too. Yup there is something wrong with this site just now

Will surely do that, what was holding me back till now was the huge balance I have to my credit. But if its going to get eroded with this F A billing then it becomes easier for me to shit as Vodafone is draining my huge balance & I have no compulsion to stay with it. As it is signal strength is very poor near my residential area.

O they came to my house to check first he said 'everything ok' then when he was sitting across in the same room, he asked me to dial his number. lol When it didn't connect, he had to eat crow & sheepishly admit that signal strength was erratic. After a few days of this incident they called me up & said there was a problem with the signal strength in my residential area & would like to install a tower on my bldg. I told him that would not be possible (Colony does not allow it) & improve the signal strength at the existing location.

I got a postpaid connection on Saturday & was told it'll get activated within 48 hours. It's Thursday now and the SIM is still broken. To top it all, they've sent people to my house for verification already!!!
