^^ Sadly that’s the future we are headed. If the AI bubble bursts (which it is showing signs of), these data centres will be repurposed for each and every possible scenario of cloud computing like Cloud Based Windows 365 (or Copilot Windows), Cloud Gaming, Cloud Liquid simulations, Cloud Storage. We are partially there. These companies will make sure we are fully there on Cloud all the time.

Thankfully users are putting some sort of resistance.

Some people give trash talk of “GTX 1030 forever” but we got to be real. GPUs, CPUs, Motherboards these days are not made to last. They will conk off within 10 years. What after that? You will be forced to go for Cloud.
