Ranking Speeds Of Indian ISP's

We were referring Tier-1(top-3) ISPs which are present in India. If we see from a universe's look, then ofcourse Airtel and Jio are not Tier-1.

By Tier-1 ISP I meant to say about their presence across the country and overall customer experience.

That would be Class A ISP, not Tier 1. There is no such terms as Tier-1 for ISPs based on presence, except self originated ones.
