. If i am watching a
TV and if it suddenly stops and if a rep is asking me to check whether a power cable is attached or not - then it is a stupidity. I am saying this as it happened once
I think other customer care center are worse as this....
Dishtv:
After going thru all IVR, entered for 'dishtv customer', 'vc number', finally reaches to CSR. Same story has to be told with there too.. Including email address and phone number eventhough they have it..
Finally, CSR: "What is your problem?"
Me :"Channels are not coming!"
CSR : "Are you a Dishtv customer?"
I disconnected the phone without saying a word.
(if he was near to my reach, i would have been in jail by this time)
BSNL BB:
CSR : "So, what is your issue"
ME: "Password failure"
CSR: "Get a ball pointed pen"
ME : "why, if you want me to write down, i have notepad open in my
laptop, go ahead"
CSR: " i told you to take a pen. Do that"
ME : "Yes, i have pen with me" (eventhough i didnt)
CSR: "Turn the
router and press the reset with the pen"
ME: "Reset button is not there in this model"
CSR: "Who told there is no Reset? Dont teach me"
ME: "If you dont know, have to teach you"
CSR: "Hold on"
after 3 minutes
CSR : "Yep. That model doesnt have reset button. Go to the nearest Customer service center tomorrow or your local exchange, we cant help further"
ME : "Thank you for your valuable support, I am greatful to your help in this regard and kind enough for talking 20 minutes"
So, these are the customer care people you face in here.. I dont think BigTV going to be any better !!
