Engineer arrived (only after i called again at local bigtv office). He was technically very sound, decent but very smart to ignore customers. I then shown him lots of problems and fortunately "slow process" problem occurred when he was testing otherwise he was not at all ready to believe that these testing phase STBs are faulty. He was keep arguing, "they are all good and no need to change". At last, he gave me his personal number and said that you can call me anytime and i will send whoever is working nearby. I said what if a problem occurs at night? and he said, "you can call anytime in 24 hours. i will not come but i will believe whatever you will say during unreachable period. we are all working very hard these days as we are preparing for a launch on 15 Aug. Your STB will become slower at times for sure as they are keep upgrading something, so dont worry and keep using. It may not happen or it will create less problems after launch". Anyway, hope i dont face much problem before/after launch now!!!
