Yeh i too feel the same. THEY MUST add new channels now. I am bored of seeing "186 Channels Found" and now i want to see "861 Channels Found" LOL :hysterical:Anyway, all good as of now.BUT - since yesterday channel transition has became a bit slower (it was delayed already by 1 to 2 seconds) and now they added a bit more delay by half or 1 second. When we shift from 1 channel to another, the transition time of changing channel has been increased (instead of decreasing). Now its getting delayed more than before!Anyway, they must be working on all these. Hope for the best!

Look at this advertisement i received in 1 of the promotional email - i hope we get such offers soon (as per indian progress and politics - in next 2-3 years at least)!!!

Yeh, thats what i said with an advert i posted - "India will take few years due to less growth and political system + corrupted people"
i am not satisfied with bigtv service after commercial launch. few channals are there but not working like 9XM, Zoom, sun music, kiran etc...., my STB exchanged with old one on 25th sep. due to some hanging problem after that no response. CC is also not responding every time need to wait 5-7 min. and answering like reliance mobile CC (irritating words) :wall:. my earlier dishtv is 10000000000000 time better than this bigtv. Mr. Ambani u r loosing one customer in just one month using.

So impatient people!!!Who forced you to buy it right away! If you want a plane without any fault, you better sit inside after it flies for 50 times!!! If you try on very first flying then chances of crash are 50 times more than if you sit after 50 flying!!! LOL 
You should wait for them to be an expert on DTH before you buy right after a day of commercial launch! Anyway, suffer or leave - only 2 options left for you initially :thumb:

It was not the case with Tata Sky. Launching a product after thorough testing is necessary. Big TV has done pre-launch testing and evaluation. I have been a customer almost from launch with about 60 channels (before z was added), and touchwood, no complaint worth complaining about.

Well... its a company who release it and its "us" - customers, who decide to buy it.Reliance doesnt walk-in to your home and insisting to buy at any cost!!!Its You (we, the people) who goes to retail outlet and buy it by paying money! They are not forcing. Its their duty to launch and its our responsibility to know the reviews and investigate about a product before buying!"JAAGO GRAAHAK JAAGO"(So, you cant blame them for not giving proper services or giving incomplete product - they didnt force you to buy - SIMPLE)Think practically dude.
