Hey Guys,I bought BIG TV on 2 Months back. From today i am not getting ZEE network chanannels, Neo Channels, CN and POGO , ETV Network Channels, Maa., HBOdoes it come under any subscription packs?What are all the channels included in the Basic Pack? Anyone please clarify this.

welcome to the club mate,well in the base pack u wont get any channels from top up packs ,like the above mentioned channels by u.
btw when did u buy ur big tv was it employee offer or pco offer?

It was South value pack for 1990. and it is been just two months over.

well u wont get those channels so u will have to ge it via top up packs so expect to pay around Rs105 or so for those missing channels,i know that sucks but i had to do the same had to pay Rs 50 for hbo,zee studio,cafe,utv world movies,bbc.i see the rest of the channels like pogo ,CN etc via local cable connection,by using the tvs PAP or just switching to either. since i have 2 tvs.

well... i am not talking about HBO, Zee Talkies... I am talking about cheap channels which should be included in their existing packs. Colors, B4U, ETC Music - these are those channels which come with less price or part of other general entertaining (not specialized ones).They must be included in existing pack or else DTH will become expensive than cable - thats all.

thats a good question but every month u will need to call the CC and tell them what top up pack u want and it will get subtracted from ur account,after 1 years subscription gets overs u will need to call the CC each month to tell them which base pack(starter packs,south starter etc) and top up packs u want.

well from what i have seen the starter packs like starter 1 has mostly free to air channels,and there are lot more free to air channels available ,and big tv doesnt give it in any packages ,so about those channels like colors i am prety sure they will include it in some top up or regional packs.

I called up CC... and they said RS 700 which i paid is a deposit... i need to buy additional recharge voucher to get Kids+, Sports+ etc....That guy did not even ask my SC number., and just gave the general info.
