Thats true, Anil is never serious for business, He got billions when he separated from BIG B Mukesh and now spening those money in stupid ventures like BIG FLix(dont ever think about using this service, i bet you will not get 4 DVD in month in umlimited pack), BIG Cinema, BIg Pictures, BIG DTH, Reliance Power, Reliance Money, Reliance General, Reliance Insurance. All these customer have pathetic customer service. Unfortunately I am using Reliance Money, Reliance GI and BIG DTH and experienced one of the worst customer service. I can say Tata Sky guys are much better, though TS is costlier.

But when I compare services of Mukesh Ambani run business like Reliance Fresh, Reliance Digital. I never faced such bad customer service. I bought 32" LCD from Reliance Digital and sales person showed me different model and they delivered different model. I realized this mistake after 6 months. I complained for this mistake to customer care, within week my LCD was replaced with brand new LCD with one year extended warranty as compliment.

So, Mukesh is still serious with business and sure will go ahead!!!!

Before government cleared these DTH licences, they should have asked for only 1 thing - "an exit policy for customers" is there any such thing called "choice" of us or not? what if we dont like a product and/or service after we buy? do we have to use it anyway even if we dont like? that is not a democracy! do we have consumer courts just for saying and not to do any act against all these? we dont have such company rules then what will we do with consumer courts? today, if we dont like big tv product or their service, we still have to use and if we want to discontinue, they will take their equipments back but will not return our deposited money!!! what the F*** this rule is!
 
things go slow in india.it took a long time before we had 'decent' options for unlimited 'broadband' internet. same thing with mobiles. CAS DTH IPTV would be next. just give TRAI some years.
 
I agree "things are slow in india" then why we "the people" are so fast thinker and they are not providing us services/products as fast as we think :)And if we are able to think/do fast then why slow?:|

Then lets pray god - we would like to born with intelligence and power in our next birth. we will change the face of the world. i would make a rule for tv channels - if they like to run their business in India, pay few million $$$ for licence and 40% profit sharing every year. They can earn from advertisements and production houses and they have to provide FREE viewing to their customers for lifetime - if they dont agree, dont do the business (no licence or cancellation) Thats what govt have to do at this moment and all problems would be solved. Just 1 statement which would take only half a minute to announce, 1 day to implement and will sort out problems for next few decades!
