No bro... Branding does fetch A LOT of business.... that is what I have noticed like take for eg. Airtel. I have seen many people go for Airtel just because of its strong Brand. Its the name that strikes their mind when they think of 'Mobile'. Most people just don't care about the service quality in the initial stages.... they do regret later on...

Off-topic..Well personally I dont like Airtel, even when I got my first mobile connection, it was Hutch..Basically Hutch was new to India and I wanted to try that out..and till today after 4.7 years am there customer..

Did anyone try Recharge yet? is that online recharge page working properly or is it better to always call 1800-200-9002 and recharge?
well i recharged via IVR i.e 1800-200-9002 the CC said this was faster,so i recharged it but its doesnt give u a confirmation message in ur tv as said by the IVR,so u will have to call CC again.

what if i my subscription gets over this month and i dont recharge for 2 months? will it still work if i recharge on 3rd month or is it like a prepaid mobile, i have to fill in something every month? do i have to keep at least minimum 100rs every month in it or is it fine if i dont recharge for 2 months and then do a fresh recharge after 2 months?

well i spoke about this to the cc when my free subscription got over and they said i will have to pay again 2k if i dont subscribe within some period of time ,to which i said if for some emergency u are out of town for a month and u cant recharge what will happen to which he said he will find out from his superiors and after a 5min hold he got back and said nothing want happen u will only get the message please subscribe to see the channels.so i guess sure u can recharge after a while but about 3months i am not sure whether u can do that for so long.
