Yup. Getting the same 3.5mbps lol. The guy was again like VERY GOOD SPEED FOR 4MBPS SARRRRRRR. I was like FUCK MY LIFE YOU ASSHOLE.
Anyways. They did not configure WiFi. 192.168.1.1 does not work. Connecting the cable to my router which is configured with BSNL does not work.

192.168.1.1 will work, you'll need to manually assign IP to your PC to open the modem config.

Ask them to show line stats; and run some latency tests. That's about it.

They are gone. When I asked them about modem backend they were like it is all automatically configured from the backend and blah blah.

About backup he said that my area has no problems. Some other parts of Gurgaon are known to have problems. Their nearest servers are in my local market which is pretty much walking distance.
