reliability of course would change from one connection to another. the primary problem is their browser based login system which folks here have said requires one manual login every 24 hours.

AFAIK..4 mbps speed is applicable everywhere. Am i wrong?

Plans are pan india but some areas don't have feasibility ..so i think it'll take some time before they upgrade their equipment

wiring is not really an equipment you cannot just replace it for a wide area
