I think so yes @ISPUser2 I just logged into the admin web UI at 192.168.31.1 and in the network section LAN IPv4 I was able to set Google DNS (y)

@vishalrao Can we connect another router in bridge mode?

@ISPUser2 I dont think you can put the Jio device in bridge mode. I have connected it to my TP-Link ER605 load balancing (failover) router as DHCP client as backup connection to my primary Tata fiber connection - so that too not bridge mode - there will be double-NAT etc.

@ISPUser2 no I am unable - there is a text "INFO - LAN IPv6 settings cannot be modified" displayed on that section of the UI...

Can't say really which will be better - I guess YMMV between the two options.

@dhyaneshwar94 ER605 uses some old build of OpenWRT itself with its own custom UI but I haven't tried flashing new build on it.

I installed OpenWRT x86 edition on my Router-PC which is a intel 11th gen N5105 with quad 2.5gbit ports and it seems good, better performance than ER605 (faster failover/failback etc) but I am lazy and like the "plug and play" less effort of using the ER605.

Oh damn that's interesting.
Actually there's full support for Openwrt 23.05 now with this device.
Official install instructions are there. Everything seems to work well.
