@crymetyme Just tell them you are not getting full speed even if you are near the router( like you are getting 70% less speed or that you are upgrading to gold plan or so and the single band ont you have will not give above 100 mbps speed on wifi

I think the better way is to take the gold plan for one month otherwise its hard to convince them with the existing silver plan,Also it seems to b a matter of post lockdown because if i recharge now and than i am not sure if they will replace it now or not.
