Reliance Jio Fiber Routers and ONTs

I would like to confirm that the Rs 2500 ONT having 2.4 Ghz wifi does infact have Gbps ports. Here is a click of the lan properties of my HTPC attached directly via ethernet cable to the Jio ONT.

If this is true, I made a big mistake. But before I opted for 4500 ont , I made sure to check that and it was clearly mentioned there that its a 10/100 mbps port. Even the Jio staffs were confused when I told them, they said they were told that its gigabit.

everyone check their myjio app, i think Jio has changed validity for all recharges my every recharge is valid till 4 September 2019. earlier they were valid till 28 Aug and 17 September.

What about those people who just get connection previous month and they had two months free preview offer remaining? Their validity also collapse?

But their connection booking agents and also customer care promised that customers will get 3 month preview offer. How can they betrayed those customers?

I don't think it applies to to the Preview users. Most of people replying back here are past the preview offer. @vishalrao Yes the first recharge (Preview Offer) specifically mentions the validity which falls exactly 90 days from the time the first recharge is done. See below the first recharge that i did on 8th Apr.

It was mention in the validity section. Like i was having my pack validity till 12th.

3 months validity was showing on app.
