I got new firmware update few minutes ago

• Still need vlan id for bridge mode
• dms is enabled now
• dmz for ipv6 is added now
• map-t option is removed

I m on a very old version and there have been many releases since than,is there Any way to upgrade the firmware manually.

So how do they do it than,do they push it as OTA and how can i get the firmware upgraded if i want to.

@crymetyme Yes, it's a OTA, you can't find the firmware file online. One thing you can do is try contacting team f1 networks. They are the guys who developed the firmware for the ont. Other thing you can do is ask for replacement. Jio will provide you dual band modem

I dont think contacting them will help it in anyway and for what reason should jio give me replacement,what should i tell them to get the dual band router
