My mesh in on 1st floor. You need to connect Ethernet cable for 1st mesh from main router. After if you add more mesh nodes, they connect wirelessly. But my home is duplex, I don’t want to connect it with wire, so we tried wirelessly and it was successful. My plan is Silver 150 Mbps. On Ground floor I get 145 Mbps, on 1st floor with mesh I get 130 Mbps and on the terrace I get 20-30 Mbps.
yes both 5 and 2.5 GHz

Well, basis your feedback it seems to be good mesh system Jio is providing. Not sure why the local technical person here is recommending that I purchase from outside.

Any drawback you noticed in terms of disconnection/speed drops/ functionality of mesh application, number of simultaneous connections etc?

So the minimum expenditure of adding mesh is Rs. 5,000 ? Since the first node will be used just to transmit data to the second node?
No just Rs 2500. Just purchase one mesh for now and see the range. If you need more, you can purchase them as per your requirements.
I was saying e.g. you need mesh for 5 floors, then ground floor router should be wired with 1st floor mesh (1) and other 2,3,4,5 will work wirelessly
