You guys should get your refundable deposit back..When I got mine installed I just paid 2500..for the device itself and the connection and installation was free..No security deposit was taken. I got a good amount and quality usage of internet for just 2500.

Guys I have Been Using JioLink Since November and I paid only 2.5K(Non-Refundable)for the device and installation.
Now I'm not clear with two things
1) Why can't I log in to myjio App till today
(Even if I SignUp, it says that an OTP has been sent to my JioLink Number which i can't retrieve because the SIM is inside
the outdoor modem.)
2) How can we enrol for Jio Prime?

Further I want to mention that just today my dad paid Rs99 for the Jio Prime membership at a Blore Reliance Digital (We Live in Hubli,Karnataka LOL!) and still now I haven't got any confirmation message saying that I have been enrolled for the Jio Prime Membership.I called the Jio Customer Care Executives but they seem to have no clue about it.

Anyone has any Knowledge about this confusion, Please Clear it.

Try logging in your Jio App or website and check status if it says Prime member or not

@volcano619 That's the problem I'm unable to login.
Even If I Sign Up the OTP goes to my SIM which is in the Outdoor Unit which is difficult to remove and put it in a phone to retrieve it

I am answering your post according to your numbering:
1) You cannot login to myjio App (which you were earlier able to) due to the restriction in latest myjio App release. However you can definitely "Link" your JioLink number to an account in myjio App. The OTP will not be sent to your JioLink number but rather it will be sent to your "Registered" number for your JioLink connection. Try to recall which is your registered number and double check whether you have not blocked OTPs coming for it in your registered number phone.
2) At the present moment you cannot enroll for Jio Prime for JioLink numbers (even though some of them say they can here in this thread-please can you guys who said they has successfully recharged mention the steps?) and please go back to the retailer whom your Dad paid Rs. 99/- for the recharge because the retailer could not do the recharge (ask him for proof and report here what happened). happy JioLinking@4GB/day!

I know the scheme. At first it was 2500/- non-refundable but now it is 4000/- 100% refundable (even though some guy here reported that we shall get back only 1500/-) according to my DX Mini Store employee. I also know that today or tomorrow ( may be even 5 years) down the line, FTTH will come to my small town and then happily I can get my full 4000/- refunded (even though I lose the interest on it at 6.9%!)

Can you show me how to do this by putting some screen shots.
I did not understand what you meant by 'link' my JioLink number to an account in myjio App.I remember my Registered Number perfectly well and I am able to receive OTP from Jio on other apps such as JIo Chat.

If you are not getting OTP on your registered number then its time for you to contact the Jio customer care. I cannot help you further in this regard. Sorry, I could not help resolve your issue.
