Points:
1. Calling is clear and great ,no disconnections and or delays.
2. Internet is slow as speeds are only 2 to 3 Mbps
3.Night Unlimited is not working anymore as expected.

What a joke of an organisation is JIO!

Frankly not a problem at organisation level

This whole thing is about mota bhai calling the shots and IT is not able to adjust so fast...
imagine 100 million orders in such a quick span of time.....i feel sorry for people working @ JIO IT

Got email from JIO saying that:

Your data speed is reduced (how much is not mentioned)
Outgoing calls are barred
As you have not recharged.

But I am getting 5mbps and able to call as well!

As per their initial promise for Summer Surprise subscribers, the expiry date should have been in month of August.. Why it's ending in July which is only 3 months validity instead of 4...

Pack was supposed to be for 3 months... After that the pack u recharged with (303Rs) will be added which will effectively give u 4th month free.

3 months free...plus 28 days of your initial 303 or so recharge...effectively 4 months

I am still on HNY plan
But when i generate my statement, I can see Summer Surprise 303 is added to my account.
SuSu plans is showing only on statement....does not come up under my plan or upcoming plan
