speed is pathetic for me. I had 800MB left so I decided to download a file of 860MB on 9PM and it got downloaded after 1AM. Interestingly when I checked logged it downloaded only 300MB during 9PM to 12AM.
I am encountering random slowness every morning during 7-8AM.

err. my dad tried to pay 303rs but payment got timed out. Ultimately he went to a shop and got it recharged. Even got an sms saying 303rs is recharged.

but now, no plan is being shown as active. HNY offer is gone. Calls/internet is still working. Any idea what to do? That recharge is not showing up in "recharge history" in my jio app but he still has that sms which he got from jio confirming the payment.

But non recharged sim is working as well.

Mine showing HNY expiry 30 June although I recharged with 149.

now i am on sso and getting 2gb/day as i have done 499 recharge,till yesterday i was getting 3gb/day(hny too).but mine hny offer expired today. i think jio should provide hny as extra benefit for customers who have recharged 499 or more till july

Finally summer surprise active for 2 sim cards I never recharged.
