If you want S Pen usage, better battery, camera go for TW. If you want more fresh releases, features like Halo, Theme engines, fully configurable roms go for AOSP. Try Carbon. Awesome stuff!

4.3.1 is Stock CM Nightly from their website.

I'll say again. Download CARBON ROM. Lots of features and helluva lot stable. You'll love it.
