Samsung S Duos battery charging problem

All of a sudden battery won't charge if mobile is on. Need to power off and charge.
solution?

Try another battery. If same issue exists, then problem is with phone.

Running slow is normal behaviour for all low end Samsung phones especially this particular phone. Just last week flashed AOSP rom to a cousin's S Duos since he was complaining about the same issues especially the call delay. The phone was even under warranty and yet the cousin himself insisted to do away with the TouchWiz shit. Had insisted him to wait for the Moto G launch back then but he fell for the Samshit.

Regarding battery try with a different micro usb cable or charger, Samsung cables are infamous for this slow charging issues.

happened after software update. guess have to live with it. Everytime I need to power off phone to charge.

Probably a broken update.

Why don't you try to reinstall sw using Kies? Or maybe just factory reset?

Of course, plz take a backup before doing either.

Thanks. I will install Kies. Earlier I has xp and slow pc so couldn't install.

It happened after software update. I did factory reset but problems occurs.
