My SBI FBB card got automatically change to Simply Save without my consent (I applied an add-on card for my FBB) and now I notice in the app that the primary card changed to Simply Save. I already own another simply save. Can I challenge this? I wanted the cashback card.

So this is why I’m getting the SMS to apply for SimplyCLICK everyday. What a messy way to handle this situation by SBI.

Received the SimplyCLICK card just now. Same limit as FBB

I’ve paid the annual fee, but I’m yet to receive any kind of Amazon gift card. Does this card even offer any cashback or rewards points on paying annual fee?

Nothing for renewal. Voucher was welcome gift.

So my Simply Click CC limit is stuck at 90k. I requested for a limit increase providing salary slips, but they rejected the request. I’m pretty much done with this company actually. I asked them about my rewards points being in negative (-900) and they don’t have an explanation for it and I am legit thinking of closing this account.

If you used card in sale for discount, they give the points and then reverse it. If you utilized the points in the gap, they end up making the points negative.

I have never had an opportunity to redeem the points since the card migration from FBB to Simply Click. It started with negative points.
