Sify Broadband Sucks

well. in that case they should have a tight control over their CTOs who sell these packages meant for home users to the Cyber Cafes. in order to fix the problem they have created themselves they are making it messier for routine users.sing of a company who do not know how to do work properly.
 
are you mad or something & i know better to delete the file. give me a proof that they don't have downlod limits i am really pissed now :angry: the list which i told of 275 users all have 96kbps unltd* connection all of them were facing speed capping problem when we argued with the CTO & CC then they admitted that their is a limit if we will tel you prior the conection you will not take the package. you know you are making a fool of yourself so i am no going to reply any further to you. you thik you have the best knowledge of computers & we all are dumb if this makes you happy then live with it.

i too had speeds dropping down to 2-3kbps it depends on the networkjust ask sify to give a new IP reason being slow speeds.they will look into the problem.Why don't u believe me that sify has no download limitation.I surf (also download files) the net for almost 15 hours/day1hour of surfing =10MBSO iam using >150 MB per day with constant speeds of 7-8kbpssometimes the speed tends to slow down then just change your IP.Thats the only remedy for slow speeds.

We have a tiiiiight control on our CTOs but it's a difficult job to do.I think you agree with me

they have not created any problem.The download limits doesn't exist.Sify is ready to pay if the users face problems like net down for many days etc...etc...

Sify has a good Services like u can solve your problems thru chat....there is some link for that or ask service support.
 
yeah. i tried chatting with the customer support guys. none of the attempts proved successful. try connecting to same from ur 32kbps connection and you would know.
 
chatting doesn't require good speedMay be it was your bad luckbut i had a decent chat with them about my Ip problems some days agoThey told me that they are looking into these kind of problems and soon will be rectified.Now iam getting continuous constand speed of 7-8kbps (on 32kbps)and there were no problems with speed for me from last 15days.(i think)Hope u too are getting constand good speeds.......

if you are from sify then call me & solve my problem i am not going to contact your CC any more the i will belive you are true cause the changed my ip 2 times & after forcing they told me about the speed cap my number is 0251 2613277 ajay
 
heh. right. if he represents sify, he should concetrate more on solving the problems people get around here.
 
well ajay iam not from sify.I have a business related to sify net.I have a franchise running on sify netand it would be better to take care of your problems by your self.Just do some tweaks.But one thing remember that Install a good firewaal and antivirus so as to have good good experience with sify.If u are unable to solve your problem then call sify and ask for return of your payment then they will look into your problem.If they too can't solve it then they will surely return your money .....but it's a long process and headeche......SO better to solve the problem by yourself like changing the IPs etc...
 
ah nice. so you are saying sify would return the installation money if i am not satisfied with their services. that is good. coz i know around 50 people who wants to do that. can you tell me the individual i should contact in sify to get this done?
