Slow Speed and High Ping Problems on Reliance Jio Fiber Broadband

my plan is 1gbps but from last week ping is very high in gameing.

Which area in delhi? are you still having high ping?

High Ping issue is still not resolved. Facing since March, 2020.

Ping gets normal only after mid-night. Like around 2AM or 3AM.

Ping again gets high in the late morning (as people wake up).

Talking with Customer Support, Nodal, Area Head, Area Engineers did not help me at all. According to them, everything is fine.

Delhi to Singapore:

(At night: 70-80ms)

Delhi to ACT (Delhi):

(At night: 4ms)

Delhi to Paris, France:

(At night: 140-150ms)

Everything is tested on Ethernet/LAN.

Any Solution?

No sir... Delhi has no BSNL. MTNL is dead.

Airtel is providing slow speed only... 16Mbps not enough.

Try cloudflare warp+ and see if it fixes it. If it doesn't try a good VPN. Vpn may fix the routing issue to a small extent if the ping is very high.

How to install CloudFlare Wrap on PC?

Also... I use internet for gaming.... Game's server in singapore.

Cloudflare DNS and Google DNS didn't help though.

Same High ping issue in dehradun,many complaints,router upgraded to dualband ,still issue not resolved.
switching to Airtel Xstream
