I have tried CloudFlare, NordVPN and Zenmate so far. All of them aren't working.

JioFiber is having high ping no matter what... So even with VPN, i am unable to solve the issue.

Last resort would be to run your own VPN server. Test pings to aws, gcp, DigitalOcean, Linode, etc. If one of them has stable ping throughout the day for you. Just fire up a cloud vm and setup openvpn or wireguard as per your choice.

This setup should work unless the ping is bad to cloud providers also
