Slow speed on my bsnl ftth

Taking MTU 1500. Minus 8 for PPPOE, minus 40 for TCP and IP header. This gives 1452 MTU. VLAN (4) will be in the Ethernet header (14). So it will be total 1518 which is max ethernet frame size in this case.

#Update. Solved.
Thank you everyone for giving me suggestions I have tried every bit but nothing could solve the problem. As I have mentioned this problem suddenly appeared from 6 December before that all was working fine so I was bit sure that my ont is ok. So today it finally got solved nib mailed me at 1pm to check and bam everything is like before though I am getting a bit low upload speed but all other issues that I have mentioned got solved.
#My Experience
It took 12 days to get this issue resolved ran from pilar to post nothing helped me mailed nib on the very 1st day got no response, then complained on pg portal got call from jto telling me that there is a power problem that has been resolved after that he cut the phone but nothing changed on my side in the mean time I was in regular contact with nib sent them almost 35mails with proof either they told me everything is fine or they have booked a docket with noc Bangalore and even they have not found any problem. Finally my old jto at the time of my adsl connection gave me mobile no of SDE of Nib on Friday I sent him all the details he was very polite he told me he will look into my matter, as I have experienced so much without any result so I thought this will also go in vain but suddenly today it got resolved.
#Moral of the story
If you encounter any “peculiar” problem in bsnl then 95%of the time it will not get resolved whatever you do only a good connection with any higher division engineer who have proper knowledge can resolve your issue.
Airtel is the best I have used their customer support is best.

Guess it was either push 1080p and make it look slightly bad or push 4K for better quality based on display resolution.

I'm experiecing the same since past week, regretting taking bsnl ftth connection. Speedtest showing speed below 2 mbps on fiber basic plan. Websites loading slow too.
