I looked there & no speedtest servers By Jio

I can see both Mumbai and Navi Mumbai Jio speedtest servers. Must be your end.

They are available in app because most of the phones can't even do 100Mbps.

They are not providing full bandwidth.

they seem to have updated their share image design. and also have decided to make the image size huge for some reason.

still does not show the test server though so that's annoying.
