standard chartered online banking has not allowed me to make my credit card payments for 3 days now. got tired and frustrated. eventually installed adobe air and their breeze mobile app on my phone. payment through it sort of worked. the money is gone from my account but is not yet reflected in the credit card statement. i complained through the email id they gave me, got an auto responder that it would take then seven days to respond back. called the call center, the girl had the usual response... some work is being done in the backend, try after a couple of hours. this bank still does not have any presence on social media networks. not that it would make any difference.

this is what is coming at my end. funny enough, i did pay my previous bill on the 19th night and it worked well.
Are you talking about paying from your netbanking? I have been paying from my other accounts into StanC from the latter's website, and there have been delays in the amount getting credited (this time it took 5 days as against 3 days normally and 1 day in a best case scenario). If you have an ICICI account, they have reintroduced their pay Visa Credit Card scheme. You can pay for the card from your ICICI account free of charge (big deal for these guys considering they charge all NEFTs)
ooh. i pay from the standard chartered account. though i might need to do it through icici in the coming days (server payments coming up) because my stanchart account is pretty close to aqb limit
i went through the horrors of calling them and entering multiple numbers to justify me troubling them with complaints. i got the usual excuse. some work must be going on in the backend by their IT team. i should wait for a couple of hours before checking it. thankfully enough their adobe air powered mobile app on my android app worked fine. i guess i would be using it a bit more looking at the awful backend they have for me.
umm..if the amount has been debited from the savings account..it should be credited as a card payment the next working day..i have never faced any problem till now
