I really doubt we wil get Star Cricket.. Even there are some rumours like Neo comin back on Tata Sky
Today i contacted TatsSky customer service for 5 times. Couple times i spoke in english & tamil and one time i spoke in Hindi and i enquired all the 5 times whether star cricket is available and as usual the reply was same and i told them whom so ever who is providing star cricket before the 1st test match whether its dish tv or tata. i will go for it.
In the conversation with the customer service people for 5 times, 3 of them were giving false information telling that they will provide the live telecast of the match in ESPN Star as if they think ESPN STAR is there channel. I told them that only ODI will be telecasted in both STAR Cricket & ESPN STAR and told dont mislead any one by giving this information to buy your product:hysterical:.
Come on guys be aggressive in making calls to TataSky as if your going to purchase if star cricket is available.

They knew it very well that the test matches are exclusive with Star Cricket to convince the customer they are giving the false information but they dont know that we the members are much intelligent than them :hysterical:. If we get the reply stating that we will get in ESPN ask them to go espnstar website and look on to the schedule.

Just wait till 13th.Becoz on 13th we will get program listing in Guide upto 19th.So find out Espn programs in Guide and then call Tata Sky CC.
We need to put presurre on them Harshal. They feel that they are loosing cutomers just because of Star Cricket. For eg., if 100 members make 5 calls a a day (with false name and fake telephone number), they will think that they are loosing 500 customers a day. Just think...........

good idea harshal!!! but v should not stop flooding the calls into the custumer care centre!!! Keep it going!! I hope they realise the situation...I hav made atleast 5 calls today... Everyone is misleading us on ESPN...V will fight for it guys...Keep flooding the calls on toll free no. Ask them to reply back as soon as they hav info about star ckt...

Today I have done this 3 times and will try again at night.But just think why we need to do this.They should have added Star Ckt on its launch date.Why they wait till customer make requests?We have to do all this again in Octo for Neo Sports.
Well I made 2 calles on both but Tata Sky sucks there by giving ESPN alternative than I told that ESPN have no matches and Formula-1 is live on same weekened(Just provide wrong information) than he is answerless. While Dish Tv people are more better and provide atleast right information that talk is going on and we will add this channel before the test but at the moment we don't have it.Than I asked agian to Dish TV that if we didn't get Star Cricket than how can I watch the matches? He replied that Match is only on Star Cricket which is not on our platform but we are trying to bring this channel before the match.
