I also spoke to Tata Sky Cutomer Service telling them that i wanted to buy a Tata Sky connection but my query to them was, is Star Cricket Available to them if not when will that channel come on to board. As usual the reply was same but after that she started to pitch in the sales scriptas i told her i am planning to buy a new connection. She was singing the sales pitch rymes for 5 mins then i told her if you get star cricket channel on board call me i will give you a sale :hysterical:. Wish her all the best.
then Hanged the phone. She doesnot know that i am already using their service. Atleast lets irritate in this way also. People are not buying as Star Cricket is not their in their platform :yahoo:.

Lets do this guys atleast give 4 calls to the toll free number with different names and asked star cricket channel enquiry. Then tell them that i will get Tata Sky when its on board. Thank you hang the phone. They will realise that they will loose new customers :hysterical:.

One good news for Chennai CAS viewers. I spoke to ESPN STAR office in chennai the dealer told the deal with Hathway Cables is been finalised and added that they will give the box to Hathway today evening and Star Cricket will be available under CAS for Hathway Cables for chennai viewers form tomorrow:thumbsup:.
