Hi Ravi,

I can call the technical guys in Tata Sky. I believe it is not the same tatasky helpline number to reach them. Pl. let me know it there is some other number. I will call them right now.

Just call the help line number: 6600 6633 and select the language you want pressing the number 1 for english, 2 for hindi and so on...........
then press 1 as your TataSky number and then press the relevant number for technical assistance (I think the number is 4). Please call and check out.........soon..........

The chennai number is 6000 6633.

Spoken to Tata Sky technical Team... told me that they are not updating/upgrading anything in the immediate future.

We dont want information related to software upgrade or degrade. We wanted to know the testing of Star Cricket in TataSky. Just to build a conversation with the technical guys ask some technical query and then go for the Star Cricket Channel

hi guys! iam using scv. frm yesterday iam not getting star cricket. iam getting this message "E10 service is currently scrambled "... does all the scv users get the same message? if so when it wud be rectified.iam feeling really frustrated. i cant beg them always to give the channel.it comes for 2 days and suddenly now this message.it shud be E16 not E10 guys

Hi Sudarshan,

One of my friends has SCV. I enquired him, if he gets the Star Cricket channel. It seems that he was told by the cable operator that it will be availale only next month. I suggest you to contact your cable operator and get things clarified.

Friends, I was so frustrated with the response of Tata Sky customer service team for all these days, that I wanted some new and authentic information regarding "Star Cricket". This forum and most of you guys have been of tremendous help. I called ESPN office Bangalore at 1330 hours and spoke to some Mr.Guneshwar. He has asked me to call after 1 hour as the person who knows about Star Cricket was on his lunch break. That gentleman's name is Mr.Murali. So, I'll call the office again and let you guys know about any latest developments.
