hi,

I am a new user of dish tv...i brought it on sat...till today evening all channels were coming and now suddenly it is showing "221: Card refresh error". I know this is out of context talk...but really need help from u guys...somebody plz tell me what could be the reason...


I'm no expert, but I would think switching off the STB, taking the card out and putting it back in then restarting the STB may solve it. Else, call customer service and wait for help

Well channel will be open for all users in next 24 hours. They encrypt their singals to sabe illegal use for GCC country and also I am sure Dish Welcome users are also miss this channel. So they closed for all connection and have conax error.101 ./

Well Dish Tv get this channel at 12 Rs discount rates. Star Cricket can only offer their channel for 10 Rs to 14 Rs.If you want yourself you have to paid 16 Rs+ TaxesCable Opertor have to pay 28 Rs.

Well Star cricket is conax conditional access for all users now becaus ethey want to closed signals for all FTA users and Dish Welcome users. This channel is exclsive for Dish maxi users only. This channel at the moments udner Enryption process which takes 24 hours time to complete who process. There are other work is also have to done like EPG addition and Sport active link/
