Static IP address provisioning process

Tested with 4 different wifi 6 clients. Same result. I know that wifi tests are not reliable but still if i get 1.2 gbps link speed then i should atleast get 60% of mentioned speed right?

why i am getting only 30% speed of the link speed ?
 
What about distance between the router and clients? Are they very close to each other or bit far in the same room?

I would have suspected interference but you already posted about it not being the case.

Depending on your iperf3 results, does your router have a setting like AP client isolation or some firewall related options?

Also look for WiFi options like WMM wifi multimedia, beamforming, fast switching etc and try flipping those options?
